- Overage on Starter & Pro: 0.10 EUR per additional conversation (auto-billed).
- Enterprise: bespoke SLA + custom payment terms (NET 30, SEPA direct debit, invoice).
- Hosting location: EU only (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). No third-country transfers.
